The GSI Recruitment module provides an easy back-end where the administrator can manage features and functionality. Our Recruitment module is a customizable content management system that focuses on job management and is equipped with powerful features, quick admin controls and an user-friendly interface.
Content management
The admin dashboard content management area is simple and intuitive. In it, you can manage, add or update multiple job listings, categories and job types and you can translate the Recruitment module front-end directly from the admin panel. No technical know-how is needed.
Employer account
If you wish, companies can be allowed to post job listings themselves and applicants can apply directly to them. The Recruitment module will effectively run itself. If you permit companies to list their own jobs, they would have limited access to admin to manage only their own listings, applicants and company profile.
Job seeker account
Job seekers can register on the Recruitment module to make their applications faster and easier – just a few clicks and their resume will be sent to any listed job without the need to register individually for each. As an administrator, you have access to all applicant details and resumes in a database which you can backup and download at any time.
Custom email notifications
As a Recruitment module administrator you can create individualized email notifications to applicants and companies. Use the available tokens in the admin panel and create custom emails to your Recruitment module users.
Language
Use the Language Module built in the admin panel to easily translate the Recruitment module to any language. If you have overseas applicants, you can also add multiple languages to the job search system, both the front-end and in the admin panel.
Multi criteria search
The Recruitment module allows jobseekers to search for a job using multiple criteria. Job seekers can filter ads using one or multiple criteria: industry (category), contract type, location or specific keywords.
LinkedIn reference
Job applicants may add a LinkedIn URL as a reference in their profiles. This will add additional information on the candidate, provide access to recommendations and previous employment history.
Featured ads
If you wish, you can charge companies to post job listings. In the admin panel you can set how many featured ads are allowed at the same time as well as custom pricing for extended recruitment listings.
Backup
Prevent any loss of information by regularly performing a backup of your database and files. Log in as an administrator to the Recruitment module and perform the backup with just one click of a button.Need Custom Installation? Call 20202 720422
