Configurable time slots
The GSI Time Slots Booking Calendar allows you to configure both default and custom time slot length and rate for each day. Use the Time & Price page to add regular time slot length for each workday and the Custom tab to customize work time and rates.
Group appointments
The Time Slots Booking Calendar is a great booking system for reserving group appointments because of its multi booking functionality. You can allow multiple bookings per slot by inserting a number greater than 1 in the bookings per slot field.
Work time management
You can manage working hours, booking slot length, lunch break and days off. If you need to manage single employee working time and schedule, you may want to try the Appointment Scheduler.
Time slot pricing
You can customize rates for a certain date or add different rates for time slots during the day. This way you can set rates on your appointment calendar depending on busy /slow weekdays / hours.
Booking management
Add, edit and delete bookings, manage client details, work schedule and appointments through the calendar's admin.
Invoice creator

Payment options
The appointment booking calendar is integrated with PayPal and Authorize.NET. Use a simple checkbox to enable online payments, credit card collection or bank account info for wire transfers. You can set up email and SMS notifications to both clients and adminis and easily personalize notifications by using the available tokens.
Reservations export
With our Time Slots Booking Calendar you can export reservations in different formats such as iCal, XML and CSV. The script allows you to download reservations in file or create a password protected feed.
Translation module
Edit the default language used in the booking calendar script using a simple language editor. All you need is to find a title, replace it with your version and hit Save.
Custom booking form
Use a simple drop –down to configure the booking form of your own appointment calendar. Set mandatory and optional form fields.
Front-end layots
Two front-end layouts are available in the Time Slots Booking Calendar. You can switch between the two layouts using a simple drop down in the admin panel.
Add your own terms
Add your own booking terms to the script. JavaScript validation is performed on user input before sending the data to the database, so clients must read and agree with the booking terms before making an appointment.
System backup
A backup function makes a copy of your current database and files on the server. Log in as an administrator to the script’s admin page and perform the backup with just one click of a button.
User level access
Only authorized people can access your appointment calendar admin, edit appointments, and manage settings. Two user levels of access to the admin – administrator and editor.
