Google Maps
Google Maps integration with the holiday property rental adds a better user experience. Automatic calculation of Latitude / Longitude coordinates aid administrators when adding a map on the front-end.
Reservation module
The holiday rental module allows guests to book their holiday accommodation online. Through the control panel administrators and owners can edit reservation details, change the booking status or add reservations manually.
Payment integration
Guests can confirm reservations by paying the booking deposit online. PayPal is integrated for online payment. Need to use another payment gateway? We can add it for you.

Property submissions
Allow / not allow property owners to add their own holiday rental listings. If submissions are allowed, homeowners will have their own profiles with admin access enabled solely for their own listing. They will be able to receive booking reservations with their guests contact information and details - if you have made those facilities available to them.
Email and SMS notifications
Add email notifications or SMS reminders to guests and / or homeowners - inform them of reservations or payment received.
Editable extras and features set
Users with administrator level of access to the holiday rental module admin panel have full control over the property types and extras. Only administrators can add new property types and extras or edit / delete existing ones.
Rates and Price Management
Prices and rates are easily set in the property management admin area. All prices you set are shown on the front-end so users will be aware of any seasonal variations.
Availability calendar
Our holiday rental module has a built-in availability calendar for each holiday rental shown on the holiday property details page. The calendar shows available, booked and pending dates for all property. The availability calendar will change automatically each time a reservation is confirmed or cancelled.
